Few people come into your life that touch it so softly, so effortlessly, the mark they leave is branded forever. That is my husband. Today is his 38th birthday (or so we think, it's hard to keep track of them now). He is by far one of the most respectable, decent, kind, loving, hard-working, witty people I know. His love for his children is unmatched. He is about as perfect of a father as you can get. He has handled the ups and downs of his life with grace and humility. He is so good at his job that people will say they came to work for him and not Verizon (his employer). He is the kind of employee who turns the lights on in the office in the morning, and many times turns them off.
Okay, so he's not perfect - let's not forget the tree-falling-on-the-house incident of '06. But he's so darn close. The world would be a better place with more Shaun Caseys. Those who know him well understand what I'm saying. I've told him many times I hope I die before him because I don't want to live without him.
So "Happy Birthday" to you Shaun! And many, many, many more!
Love,
Wen

It's hard for me to tell if the nausea I'm feeling right now is from the food poisoning you gave me last night or from reading that post.
I guess it's safe to say that somebody's gettin' some birthday nookie tonight.
...dry heave...
T5M..I am offended by your post on my special day. I think Wendy just about hit the nail on the head, She forgot to mention my raging sex appeal and my 6 pack abs (thier under there somewhere).
Thank you Wendy. You almost made me cry :-)
FloridaMom - lets not get crazy. I'll probably use that tree incident for many, many years!
