Mom to two awesome boys and step-mom to two beautiful girls. Married to the greatest guy, surrounded by great family, great friends, a great job and live in what I think is the most amazing place to live.
It's rediculous - they trick or treat on the 30th. I really hate that.
Dirt hates that it takes 3 hours to go to 10 houses - he grew up in a densely packed community, they could fill up a pillow case in 30 minutes. Kids in the country have to work for that candy.
...then when they have their bags from the pinata spoils, I do the same thing...give them one piece for a few days, then bag the candy back up for the next pinata. I've done that for years - hee hee.

No doubt Halloween is second only to Christmas at the Casey household. Great pictures and good times.

I kinda like that.
halloween's about the only time of year that it's nice to live in the "city" :-) with the twins (duplexes) you get two for one!
Bring them to the city next year. The only thing you will have to do for extra work is try and get rid of the candy without them realizing it.
I give them one piece of candy every day for a week, then I save the rest for pinatas at birthdaytime.

I think the kids get the perfect amount of candy - not too much, not too little.
Will goes through and samples everything - most of it he doesn't like. I go through and pick out what I like, I mean what the baby likes.
